Refund policy

We want every purchase from Alston Mall to meet your expectations.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Remain in resalable condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all supplied accessories and tags

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance products
  • Customized merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable

Return Request Instructions

To begin a return, please contact support@alstonmall.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Procedure

After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund transaction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.
